Customer Complaint
In January of 2016, BBB asked JPS Inc to respond to a pattern of consumer complaints. These complaints allege that:
- A business owner receives a call or email from JPS saying the business owes money for an invoice for services that were never requested.
- The invoices received are sparse and don't contain a business number or GST number for JPS Inc.
- JPS Inc responds to the complainants indicating cancellation may be done via email. JPS Inc has been asked to provide proof of the consumer signing up for the service in the first place when asked, but has not done so.
BBB has not received a response to our inquiries.
