    I reached out too the company in early November to let them know I wouldn’t be using the parking facility as I’m away from work due to injury and would be returning until the new year and they have still been trying to collect a payment for December. I’ve reach out to the GM of the company and no response. The person I’m dealing with seems to only have my phone number and credit card number

    We have a 30-day cancelation policy. If someone cancels in November such as November 25th, they are still responsible for the December payment. Customer needed to have contacted us before November 10th in order to not be charged for December. We give a grace period of 10 days. Below is the message all customers receive when signing up for parking:

    I confirm payment has been received, thank you! Would you like to enroll in monthly recurring billing? I can create your account with the payment method used for the invoice. You will be charged $309.95 on the first of each month, starting in November. The other payment option is by check, which we will need to receive in the office no later than the 5th of each month. Payments received after the 5th will be assessed as a $50 late fee. Please advise which payment option you would like to choose.

    Your access card can be picked up at the booth as of today at the entrance of the garage, please ask the attendant for it, it is under your name. If you don't see anyone there, please call ************ and someone will be right out to assist you.

    The access card works sequentially (enter, exit, enter, etc.) and any disruption to the sequence will cause the card not to work. The card is for use for the vehicle on file only. Please note that misuse of the access card or the garage can result in the termination of your parking privileges. Please also refer to the rules of the garage, which were stated on the application form you filled out. It is general parking only, please only park in spaces that are not marked as reserved.

    To cancel your parking, you must provide 30 days’ advance notice in writing. To complete the cancellation of your account, your access card must also be returned to the attendant.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I think you have the location wrong cause I have never paid 300 a month for parking. But I have spoken with the GM and have an understanding of how we’re moving forward. The GM and I spoke after I submitted this complaint.
