We were referred to Gusto Movers by our daughter, who used them to move house and later a piano, and told us she was very happy with how it all went. Based on that, we had them do a move for an elderly relative, that required taking items to a storage locker, a residence, and to the landfill, which hey were very agreeable to. Initially organizing the move was easy with their system and their prompt replies helped us get the move done in a short time frame and quickly. Their fee was very reasonable. The mover, *** and *****, did an excellent job and were truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Gusto for anything you have to move and know you'll be satisfied with the entire process.Review from christine b

We had an outstanding experience with Gusto *************** Their staff was responsive and provided clear information. Trust their expertise; when they tell you your kitchen will be 40+ boxes... they are correct. On moving day, the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled our belongings with care. They were courteous and accommodating throughout the process, making our move smooth and stress-free. Their willingness to accommodate our requests with a smile was greatly appreciated. We recently moved back to Canada. It took some time to make all the arrangements and Gusto Movers were always available for updates and changes to the schedule. When the container arrived, they were at our home, ready and waiting, and off-loaded the container quickly, efficiently and always with a professional manner. Booked in 2022 for my daughter and grandson's move in Squamish and actually my wife and I flew out from Ottawa as part of a visit and saw first hand the great attitude and professionalism from booking them all the way through moving day. Top notch! Well guess what they had to move again in 2023 and this time we were not flying out so great relief to know we could call a company we could trust and once again excellent service and attitude. We moved a container of household goods from Ontario to Langley,BC and called Gusto to move the goods from Langley to our home. Khalid and Jaden were the Gusto crew and they were great. They worked hard both loading and unloading. They took great care of our goods and were very pleasant to deal with. Kudos to the guys and Gusto.Review from Leah B
