          The Better Business Bureau (BBB) received consumer inquiries about Dog Bundles Online Inc., an online retailer using an address in Vancouver, BC. The customers alleged that they paid for an order and either did not receive the product or received something completely different. They also said they were not able to unsubscribe from the monthly payments to Dog Bundles. 

          BBB reached out to the business with letters on September 8, 2020 and September 18, 2020 to confirm details about their business location, return policy and monthly subscription policy. BBB also reached out to the City of Vancouver on October 9, 2020 to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address. However, the City does not have any records for this address.


          As of October 23, 2020, BBB has not received a response from Dog Bundles Online Inc. . The website for the company, https://dogbundles.ca/ is still active.
