          On January 26,2021 BBB confirmed that Stoni Cannabis had not obtained a necessary license from The Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB). Such a license is required within the Province of British Columbia for businesses offering cannabis products.

          BBB reached out to the business with letters on January 26, 2021 and March 12, 2021 to confirm details about their business location, policies and licensing information. BBB also contacted the City of Vancouver on March 12, 2021 to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address.  However, the City does not have any records for this address.

          As of April 20, 2021, the BBB has not received any response to the requested information. The website for the business is still active.
