I’m writing to tell of my terrible experience with Blue water shuttle. When I booked my seat I told them I had a bad knee and needed a middle seat where I could elevate my leg on a foot stool I bring with me. The person on the phone promised me I could have a middle seat where I can elevate my foot. Fast forward to the day they picked me up. Both middle seats were occupied. But one of the people had stepped outside. I asked if I could sit there and they said I couldn’t. I knew that I couldn’t sit in the front because I couldn’t get my leg up. In the back I could at least put it up on the arm rest which the person in front of me agreed to. Anyway we drive for a few minutes to the next house. When we got there the driver said. You have to put your leg down for now on. I told him I would put it down whenever anyone else needs me to. But my knee is too bad to put it down. He wasn’t even letting me get in the front either. Then he said Do you want to get out we’ll give you a refund. It might sound like a threat but it basically was. I was trying to think and was basically grumbling and trying to get a hold of people. All of a sudden he threw me out of the van. Then in the snidest way he said have a good day. As if I could. I had tons of luggage and a foot stool and I didn’t even know the street. So I swore at him when he said that. Now Blue Water Shuttle said he had every right because I was becoming aggressive with people on board. In fact I was discriminated against for having a physical disability. That is why they still charged me for the trip up.
