    We received the passion swim spa on October 28 2022. Request Glacier for the winterized services in December 2023, Glacier sale rep sent us GTA hot tub repairs contractor named Blair R. We received the service and paid $650. Blair guaranteed that service was done well and that we are in good hands. We filled the spa pool in spring 2024 and water was pouring out from the sides. We opened the skirt and saw that the pump was completely shattered due to negligence by the contractor. This caused by the contractor did not pumps all the water out completely during the winterized services. We called and reported to Glacier. Glacier told us to call another contractor named ****, and that we have to pay for the inspection trips, plus the hourly rate to fixed the pump and also the replacement parts since it’s been “winterized”. Even though the winterized service was provided through Glacier contractor, it’s our problem to deal with. As a business owner, Glacier does not care about quality and reputation which is why they contracting out their services to unqualified, unreliable, and *********** contractors. So that Glacier can VOID their products warranty. When I purchased the swim spa, Steve the manager guaranteed us that Glacier takes care of their customers and that they’re have the best people working for them. Yet, I’ve been trying to reached Steve regarding this broken pump, Steve is not responding at all.

    We received our hot tub in early November and are very pleased. Delivery date as promised and setup was excellent. Rob & Lucas were helpful in answering our questions and knowledgeable about all aspects of our spa. We are thrilled with our purchase and use it most every night! We would recommend Arctic Spa to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

    We recently purchased a hot tub from Glacier Spa and my experience has been not but fantastic. Lucas was our sales person and he was much more than that as he explained everything in great detail and how to keep it sparkling for years to come. Would definitely recommend Glacier Spa (Lucas) to anyone interested in purchasing a hot tub.

    Terrible customer service...cant get them to get back to us about service needed for our tub speaker. Which stopped working before the year was up...now waiting five months later to get a response for service...several emails ,phone messages,online requests for service,contacted Steve....and still nothing. The worst company we have EVER dealt with.

    We placed a $10,000 deposit for a swim/spa purchased at a show in 2019. Due to Covid, they could not deliver. Once Covid was over, the suddenly did not have our Spa. Then wanted us to pay the difference for a completely different model. Clearly, this is their practice. They sell more units then they have available. Then sucker you into paying more again because they have your deposit. At one point, the owner in an email basically told me to *** **** ******** They refused to issue a refund of our deposit. Four years after we purchased, this is still not resolved! They even asked us to remove our complaint with BBB!

    Steve Rinella at Glacier Spas sold us our hot tub. From the beginning to end we had excellent customer service and he went above and beyond. Our hot tub was delivered on time and it works great. One of the best purchases we've made. **** *** **** ********

    The Hot Tub I purchased is a great Hot Tub. The problem is getting warrantee service when something breaks down. No one is ever available to answer calls. Just voice-mail. No one returns calls! Left messages with both the store, salesman, and the manufacturer but I can't get my part replaced under warranty. Salesperson said he would try to help but now no answer from him either.

    Glacier Spas has repeatedly failed to fulfill their delivery promise to us. Our experience: - Placed our hot tub order (and deposit) April 15/22. Promise was a June delivery. - Final payment requested (and made) May 30/22. Promise was delivery in two weeks. - Requested a delivery update Jun 24/22. Promise was delivery by end of June. - Requested a delivery update Aug 10/22. Response was "we don't have any idea". - Requested a delivery update Aug 25/22. Response was "it is in transit". - Requested a delivery update Sep 7/22. Response was "first week of October" followed by an offer to up-sell us into a different unit. We have lost confidence in Glacier Spas' ability to fulfill the terms of our purchase agreement and will pursue this issue through alternate means if the latest delivery date goes unmet (and if met, will post that happy outcome). For my friends at Glacier Spa: Our communications with you have all been written. I'd be pleased to post them if you doubt their credibility.

    I am sooooo frustrated. I ordered and paid IN FULL for my hot tub April 16, 2021!! Nothing yet! Any communication I get tells me nothing. I've been waiting 15 months!! Last time I got them to call me back after leaving numerous messages, was by using a different email and phone number and my maiden name. WORST SERVICE EVER! I understand all this covid crap. No worries. Just give me back my money and I'll be on my way!!! My option given was to purchase one of their other hot tubs, of course at a few thousand dollars more that the one I purchased! I am not interested in another one! I took my receipts, paperwork, emails with payment instructions and screen shots of my messages to my lawyer last week. And no, that's not a bluff! I'm tired of waiting! ***********************************
