    I’d was a repeat client of Uncle Warbuck, and my two previous loans were paid within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving the funds. In this incident after my third payment, they seemed to be haves technical because I was not able to make my payoff payment as I had with the previous loans. I called the customer service line and they assured me that they’d look into it and get back to me. A week went by and I started receiving their collection calls because a payment was missed, at which time I referred the agent to my earlier issues with not being able to make the payment as I’d been doing at they is was supposed to be being looked into. The agent put me on hold them we scheduled a time in the week when that could try drafting the payment from my account. They have my bank info and I didn’t think anything about, I just wanted them to pay the balance due in full and close the account. Two weeks go by and I start receiving collection calls telling me that I’m now 4 weeks behind on my payments, again I refer back to the original call into to them about the technical issues, Then it hit me, someone on there end must’ve notice that I’d been paying off my loans so they made the decision to delay me payment so they could charge me more interest on my loan.. I even offered to send them a paper check for the amount I owned the. The issues started and they state that they cannot accept a physical check and that all payments have to be made electronically… They are a scam…

    i am returning customer of uncle war bucks, had several loans which i paid in full and i do get a re loan immediately after paying off, march 2022, after making my final payment on last loan , i checked the website and i cant see my payment history and loan history anymore, am a returning customer with VIP TIER 3, since then i have been having issues to reloan, no one explains why this happened whenever i called in to ask whats going on...they should review my loan account with them and as a returning customer with VIP TIER 3, i should have have issues to reloan and they have all my information with them.

    8/3/2022 I reviewed my repayment loan agreement on UWB's website which showed the next payment was due 8/10/2022 for $333.00, in addition the website showed a balance pay-off of $810.00. I printed a copy of the loan agreement on 8/3/2022 and decided to pay off the balance of the loan and did so on 8/3/2022 for $810.00 using my debit card. On 8/4/2022 after paying off the loan, UWB deducted $360.00 from my checking account. I contacted UWB on 8/4/2022 and spoke to 6 different employees, each time the call was disconnected. On the seventh attempt, I spoke with Alexia, supervisor, who reviewed the account and gave the reason for the $360.00 by telling me the loan agreement on their website was incorrect and had never been updated to reflect a payment coming out on 8/3/2022 for $360.00. As of 8/4/2022 when I tried to review the payment agreement again on UWB website, the loan agreement link had been locked by UWB and wouldn't allow me to review? I HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND OF $360.00, UWB DEDUCTED A PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER THE LOAN WAS PAID OFF. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE, I AM REQUESTING HELP FROM BBB WITH THIS MATTER. The reason UWB gave for deducting a $360.00 payment after I paid off my loan agreement is sketchy and does not negate the copy of the loan agreement on their website which shows the next payment wasn't due until 8/10/2022. I paid off the balance before the next payment was due and don't owe them $360.00. The loan was PAID IN FULL on 8/3/2022.
