**** ** * ***** ********* ******** ** ********** ******. Initially, I got a Biktrix e-bike that was not as advertised. The motor was an older model. There is not a big difference between them, so I let that go. Then, I noticed the bike would not shift properly. Upon closer inspection, I noted many midline issues, including bent derailer and cogs. It was not only the bike used but also damaged and repaired. The company sent replacement parts, including a derailer guard. The bike developed the same issues, not shifting properly and breaking chains. I believe the frame is tweeked. Then, after it rained, the bike would not start until it dried out for a few days. It rained again, and it would never start again. I had a video conference, and they diagnosed rain damage. I spent $120 on shipping. I was told that the motor was beyond repair and that they would send a "new" motor. I received back a used, damaged motor. They implied I drowned the motor even though they had four similar motor returns. They blamed the damage on shipping, which was impossible. It was a used motor that was well documented by scratches on the motor and electrical connections. I have all the emails and many photos. I let them know today I am fed up and want a new bike as advertised, *** * ** *** ***** **** ***** *** ***** ****************** ***********. I am frustrated to no end and lost as to how to trustfully get a replacement bike as originally advertised.

Purchased bike with every upgrade for >6k back in Nov2022. I made sure the bike was a fit and used their website's publuished measurment to ensure. The bike arrived and it was much bigger than published. The bike is too big for me and told biktrix about who did nothing. I never tried to return the bike, only asked how can I make it work but was turned down and ignored. The top tube hits my groing when standing with feet flat on the ground and the effective top tube is too long, resulting in a dangerous ridding position, especially whiole xc ridding. ETT is published as 22.8 inches and standover clearance at 28.7 inches. Hand maesuring reveals ETT to be 25 inches and SC 33 inches. The bike's pedal's do not have enough clearance for the ammount of travel the bike offers, which they know. Upon reporting it, after a crash, was told to get shorter crank arms. LAstly, the stock tires are to narrow for the stock rim, resulting in a squared tire profile and no traction cornering. I have crashed while trail riding until I discover this. LAstly, I bought a second wheelset which has spokes sticking out into the tube area, a pontetial accident to happen. On a separate note, Biktrix actively manipulates reviews and feedback, filtering out negative ones. There is a sub reddit where members are discussing this. I know this to be true since my own feedback was removed and the ad locked so no more feedback could be given. Wrong information about the bike ontheir website coupled with misleading ads and feedback manipulation resulted in me spending >6k on a bike that does not performed as advertised and is downright dangerous when XC/Enduro ridding. As a side note, I was hit by a car back on March 4th, 2023 and the bike suffered damaged. The issues I mentioned were reported in 2022 and the accident had no weight on this report. Considering the bike is damaged now and not Biktrix fault, makes it very difficult to think of a suitable resolution. I have more photos that can provide. Biktrix can contact me at *************hotmail.com.
