Outstanding service since Day 1 and continuing 18 months on!! Since I have purchased my bike, Dillon and his team have been extremely helpful and have always addressed any issues I have had immediately. I love my Ultra Fs Pro - good enough for any condition! Good value in their bikes and have not seen better yet in terms of value. Their customer service is an example to every business out there .They go above and beyond. If you are considering an E Bike I can assure you they will look after you and you will not be disappointed !!Biktrix Enterprises Inc. Response

Last summer, I was drawn to the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra Duo 3, expecting a high-quality e-bike and excellent customer service from a Canadian company. However, this turned into a lengthy ordeal of frustration and unnecessary expenses. Soon after purchase, the bike began showing problems with odd noises and reduced efficiency. Believing in the warranty, I contacted Biktrix customer service before the warranty expired, hoping for quick support. Instead, I faced a complex, time-consuming process. The company’s response involved lengthy email communications and sending me through various troubleshooting steps, which included disassembling the bike and sending the motor back at my own cost. The repair efforts were inadequate, failing to fix the core issues and leaving me with a malfunctioning bike and additional costs. Biktrix then asked me to pay to have them ship another motor, which was difficult to install and required special tools and guidance, contradicting their initial claims of easy maintenance. And the second motor also doesn’t work! The local bike repair shops found the bike and the company difficult and disappointing. After eight months of back-and-forth e-mail communication and efforts to find a resolution, the experience has been overwhelmingly negative—financially, emotionally, and time-wise. Despite the clear warranty coverage, Biktrix has refused to offer a refund or a satisfactory solution, leaving me with a faulty product and deep regret. I strongly advise against purchasing from Biktrix. Their appealing product promises are overshadowed by poor quality and customer service. Consider other, more reliable e-bike options to avoid similar headaches. This is a cautionary tale to avoid Biktrix and save yourself the trouble.Biktrix Enterprises Inc. Response

Hi Jennifer, Let's look at what actually transpired: Aug 15, 22 - order received Jul 8, 23 - reached out to T3 -rubbing noise in motor/around 800km on it Jul 12, 23 - asked for a video showing the issue Jul 15, 23 - video provided by CX Jul 21, 23 - offered some troubleshooting options, customer working with a local bike shop, not very successfully Sep 19, 23 - CX reached back, T3 shared the steps to get the motor back for repair and return Sep 25, 23 - RMA form filled out Oct 11, 23 - motor shipped back to CX Oct 15, 23 - CX reached out with concerns of the motor having little power Oct 16, 23 - confirmed all good Oct 19, 23 - reached back with alike issues with the motor Nov 08, 23 - we shipped the CX a new motor under a WR order, shipping waived Nov 17, 23 - follow up if the motor is working fine, no answer Feb 11, 24 - CX is back with concerns, no pedal, works on throttle What is the clear message that's seen through this timeline? Biktrix agents and Biktrix has done everything possible to work with you to resolve your issue. However, you do not want to work with us on a solution. The whole reason this is taking so long is because you go missing for a few months every time we respond to you. This is NOT our fault. We still want to make this right for you and we recommend: 1. You can ship the bike back to us (we can send you a label for half the cost $250) 2. We fix and ship the bike back to you for free along with a video proof of the bike functioning properly. This is more than what most companies with no local store would do. I hope you can help us help you. I urge you to take seriously my intention of reaching out to higher levels within the company and sharing my experience (and testimonials from the e-bike shops who have been working with me and are similarly frustrated) through reviews and online videos. Back in October of 2022 I bought a Biktrix Juggernaut. While I like the bicycle very much, the warranty and customer service sucks. Apparently the brake sensor cable, after some troubleshooting because my throttle wasn't working, had previously been tampered with and cut. This was from the factory. I'm still not sure if that's the cause. I had no way of knowing this until my throttle quit working and I found the issue during troubleshooting that Biktrix told me to do. Instead of Biktrix fixing something that I had no control over at the very beginning which was shoddy workmanship, I was instead told that they would send me a free cable but that I had to pay for the shipping of the cable and installation at my local bicycle shop. If it was something egregious like a bent wheel or something that was absolutely my fault, I would have gladly paid for it out of my own pocket. But something that I had no control over and no knowledge of from the factory, and to find out the issue months later, is pretty piss poor in my opinion. Shortly after the throttle quit working, I got an error message and the pedal assist quit working. It also does not calculate the correct speed. The error message and pedal assist was fixed by adjusting the magnet on the spoke but I'm still not getting correct speed. When I contacted them about this, their remedy was to send me a $100 gift card, by email, that was good for items in their shop. Including shipping for the free cable they originally offered. I told them to keep it. I thought the warranty was for one year. Apparently Biktrix doesn't honor it. To sacrifice a customer and future customers (I will tell people about this) just to save a a small amount of money is a horrible business practice. I'll keep the bike and continue to ride it until I either wear it out or there is a catastrophic failure of it. if that happens I'll buy another electric bike, just not from Biktrix. I have a electric bike in my garage that l was promised would fit my size of five foot two inches. It does not. I assembled it and found some issues which led me to believe it may not have been new. There was also some damage to the paint which I accepted a small and insufficient credit for. The extra battery will not secure properly to the frame due to a known issue and flaps around. It's position interferes with the bike's operation. The pedal placement makes it impossible to pedal the bike and raising the seat makes it totally inoperable because you can't reach the ground. Any complaints fall on deaf ears or will get the owner of the company blasting you on social media. Calling the warranty company is totally whizzing in the wind because the heap of useless rubble is covered until the extra coverage kicks in but they said that the problem is the problem and l can never bypass that. Yes it's powerful. It leaves rubber on my garage floor when I turn the key. I managed to get maybe 1/4 mile before I made it back into my driveway scared of dying on this inoperable rocket ship. My credit card company won't help me at all unless I return it. The company refuses to send a shipping label until l disassemble it in an exact order and photos are sent to prove its done exactly how they want it done. You get no stars. You are not worth bothering with. My last plea for help was to someone who spoke English as a 12th language and I don't know what she said. Of course. Nobody returned the call. I have a electric bike in my garage that l was promised would fit my size of five foot two inches. It does not.
-Our Website provides measurements and recommendations. We do not promise fitment. We were not contacted prior to purchase for recommendations on fit. Our warranty as stated in our Terms of Service, as agreed to at checkout, does not promise fit or a free return due to fit.
I assembled it and found some issues which led me to believe it may not have been new.
-Unless purchased specifically from our Demo page, all bikes shipped are brand new. This was not purchased from the Demo page and is a brand-new bike.
There was also some damage to the paint which I accepted a small and insufficient credit for.
-As this bike is Hydro wrapped, not painted, touch-up paint is not an option, instead, a refund was offered and accepted.
The extra battery will not secure properly to the frame due to a known issue and flaps around. We have stated numerous times in our correspondence that some wiggle is normal, but in order to assess and assist with this, we would need a video to be sent, and a bike shop may need to help with any fix. It took 5 months and several requests to receive the video. All solutions to the problem were met with anger, yelling and non-cooperation.

-We have sold hundreds of these models, and have photos and videos of this set up on our website and social media. Many folks use this bike as is with no issue. Therefore this is a personal preference, not a design flaw.

-Biktrix has a 1-year in-house warranty that begins on the date the bike is received. For that year, Biktrix deals with all warranty claims.
In the US we offer an extended warranty through a 3rd party company. This extended warranty does not begin until the in-house warranty has ended. As such, during the first year, the extended warranty company will not assist with warranty requests.

The request to pack it a certain way and to provide photos are for shipping insurance reasons and are in place as protection for both the customer and the company in the case of any shipping damage occurring in transit.

-Since December 2021, several Biktrix employees, including top-level executives, have tried for months to help Susan via both phone and email.
We have repeatedly offered:
To source and send a seat post we don't normally carry.
To take the return of an accessory that normally wouldn't qualify for a return.
To have a mobile bike shop come to her if she can not go to a bike shop.
To have the bike returned for a refund.
We have asked no more of her than we would anyone else under similar circumstances or beyond what is agreed to in our Terms of Service at the time of purchase
This includes requests to send photos/videos of any perceived issues. Source a box, Pack the bike, and print labels for the return shipment.
At every point we have been met with hostility, refusal to participate and demands that we just show up and get it. A request that is illogical and impractical.
We have made many attempts to help but can only do so much when folks are unwilling to help us help them.Customer Response

You claim you offered to send a mobile bike repair shop to me? Bring it on! No top executives ever called me. No replacement seat post ever arrived or was proven could ever correct the problem. Total disgust at false promises of things that have never happened are not hostile. I clearly stated the issues and they need no photos or videos. I challenge you to show up here and get me riding this bike if you're so great. I'll be waiting. Susan

I have had a horrible experience with this company. Buyer beware!!! you could lose up to 50% of your money by purchasing a bike from them. The bikes are not represented as seen on there website, and if you purchase based on there website without reading the fine print, they will charge you unreasonably high amounts of money for shipping and restocking fees. Customer service was misleading and frustrating to deal with. The bike sizes are not accurate!
