About Us
BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. We do this by setting standards, encouraging and supporting best practices by engaging with and educating consumers and businesses, celebrating marketplace role models, calling out and addressing substandard marketplace behavior and creating a community of trustworthy businesses and charities. Our consumer and business service area includes 23 counties in Northern Indiana. Dispute Resolution: Complaints can be filed online by clicking either of the links below. For assistance, dispute resolution specialists are available by appointment only. Consumers are invited to pick up or drop off complaint forms from the boxes outside of our rear entrance.
