May 2023, I purchased *** Envoy from Northern Auto Brokers. I was told the vehicle still needed to be detailed and winterized and made arrangements for me to pick up Envoy the next day. As I pulled out of the detailers, my window open, I laid my arm on the door frame and immediately pulled away. Then I noticed a thick film of sticky substance throughout the interior. I went back to the carwash and told him of the situation. He then told me the carwash did not work on the vehicle, and wondered why it had been in parking when he got to work. I tried contacting *** and the never responded. Detail owner was very upset as i led to believe they are the ones that did the 'terrible service'. Detail owner tried to remove the 'gunk' with his 'best' product and could not remove the substance. Many hours later I was able to get most of it but it looks awful. May 2024, I decided to sell *****. I also had a small lien on the vehicle I had forgotten about. At the time of purchase I was given bank acct info in order to make the remaining payments, the bank informed me there was no such acct. I tried contacting *** with no response. May 2024 I decided to sell *****. I had forgotten about the lien until I was at *** with the new buyer. I gave the potential buyer back his money and *** finally answered. He told me he was interested in putting the Envoy on his lot, that he could get top dollar for it and he would get his money that way. I agreed and had the Envoy moved closer to town for him to pick up and consign. He never picked up Envoy. I have tried 17 times to contact *** in order to pay him off and have the lien released and still no response. I now am paying insurance for a vehicle i am not driving and the time invested in *** has exceeded 3 months of filing small claims, consultations with lawyers, consumer protection agency, and nobody has ever heard of someone you owe money to not responding in order to get paid.. This business is a joke.

June 28th 2023 I bought a car for the price of $11,350, the lien holder is Navy ********************* Todays date is 8 August 2023, and I am still waiting for my registration. Dealer never submitted paperwork for a temporary registration or the title to get myself and the Lien holder on it. I was told **** days that I would have the registration in the mail along with the new plates. Dealer has answered my phone calls 2 times since transaction. ****** is now saying I need to sign the back of the title, and that the title is at the **** The *** is saying they do not keep titles in their possession. *** is stating that it sounds like the dealer does not have the title and that he is stalling. Dealer will not return my calls or texts. Vehicle has been parked in my driveway unable to be legally driven due to not having registration. Dealer keeps giving me the run around about the registration. I would like to return the car to the dealer and I would like the check in the amount of what I paid for the car to be returned to the lien holder and I would like the money Ive spent to fix the car to be returned to me. Its outrageous.
