Human hair fake from ***** lost almost $300. It was very misleading so awful that I could not even wear it once. China needs to stop stealing from Americans. I would rate -5 stars if I could there people out there saving for long time and really need hair.Review from Carolyn F

This site will not honor customer satisfaction! I have been attempting to receive a return address for a full refund and they will not comply. This has been ongoing for more than 5 emails and next they will say time to return has lapsed. Today they offered a $15 refund, keep the wig, on an over $150 order during this month.DO NOT purchase from them! I am so disgusted with them and their support service is a joke!!!Review from Betti O

Star should be Zero stars! DO NOT EVER BUY a WIG from Wigsis. They lie regarding timeline it takes to receive the wig and will make it extremely difficult to guarantee it works and full refund if it hasnt been worn and still has the tags on it. I have spent weeks getting jacked around via email by a service person by name of ******. ***************** needs to stop or block this company from ever doing any type of online business in the **.Review from Doreen M

I ordered a wig from this company and when I received it about a month later, it was wrong color and it did not fit. I have had 14 emails go back-and-forth trying to return this item and they give me the runaround saying will give you 15% off. If you keep the wig we think it looks good. How do they know? Especially after I told them it doesnt fit. I told them yesterday I was turning them into the BBB. I have followed all of their instructions for the refund and still they wont give me the address to return it. Dont do business with this company.Review from ZAYDOON O

I am also another victim to this company, you can by these wigs for 10 dollars , ZERO quality ,wrong color, wrong size and 30 days policy is BIG NO, i tried through emails but it is all scam,each single time they aske for some thing else, and when i returned it after 3 days to the shipping address they use but it came back as they are no longer at this address, . I bought 3 wigs totaling $330 from Wigsis, an online company. The seller offers a returns policy. I cannot use these wigs as they are the wrong color and do not fit. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and they say the color looks good to them. Keep the wigs and we will give you 15% off your next purchase. Then they offered 20% off. Then they said they would send me another wig free. They say they are a non-profit and do all the work themselves. They just keep giving me the runaround. I have requested a return address label and refund which they indicate they are unable to give. I sent them pictures of the wigs which are still in the box which was part of their return policy.Review from Mildred G

I bought a wig over $200 I am a petite older woman. I would not have ordered a wig without trying it on. The only reason I bought from this company is they say on their website "Customer Friendly Returns: We make returning simple with 30 days from ship date,$o restocking fees, **************, and prepaid shipping labels.After many emails they offered me a small compensation. Never the full amount.Very disappointed that I was ripped off and now I see so many others.Review from Wendell S

Well it looks like I'm just another victim of the scam order the wig for my wife who is losing her hair and ended up getting a wig that look like road kill no refund $202 thrown out the window this should be against the law for consumers being ripped off
