Lee Company is always helpful and they do an amazing job. They go out of the way to install a new thermostat and say if you need help with something else let us know when we come out next time. Lee Company always answers question you have. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

**uldnt be more pleased with the service I received from Lee Company. I recently placed HVAC system with a ***** electric/gas hybrid heat pump. My old system failed on a Sunday, I called *** ** early Monday morning and *********************** arrived within an hour to assess. After a heroic effort he determined that the old system couldnt be coaxed into starting up. This was not unexpected. The unit had surpassed its expected life. The reason I mention this is that Lee Company came out three times in the last three years and repaired my old unit. They did tell me its days were numbered. but they did NOT try to talk me into buying a new one. I really appreciate that. I really hate a hard sell! :) Within an hour ***************************, **** Services **nsultant was at the house!He patiently took me through my options. We walked through the house and he was extremely thorough in suggesting many possibilities and options. He listened to the preferences I expressed (energy efficiency and minimizing environmental impact) We narrowed down the options by ruling some things out due to cost and others due to complexity. We sat down and did a careful review of remaining options. The unit I selected was delivered and installed THE NEXT MORNING !!! I am beyond happy with the service I received and with the performance of the new unit. Its just been a few weeks but its been a VERY cold winter and the hybrid heat pump has been a champ. THANKS LEE COMPANY!!
