    Hello thank you so much for taking the time to reach out. i will lay out the events in order as they happened to me:1.on may 18th 2024 i reached out to the company at {A Tristate Express} to book a shuttle form ********* to **************** AZ the reason i am requesting this to be refunded to me is because this was due to errors being made on my reservations made by the company without my constant for the total cost of 190$ for the reservations with Tristate Express 2.the shuttle company booked my return date on the wrong date on may 18th 2024 i provided airline confirmation numbers as well as dates/times so driver would be informed i then learn letter that there dispatch team dose not communicate with there drivers so driver had no idea what date i was coming back and because of this i had to apologize for the error the company made and rebook for the next day however because of this i had to change my flights with delta airlines to meet there needs costing me an addental 225$ because of this.3.Name was spelled wrong on reservation my name is spelled ************************* ******* the company had put "******* byrmyn *******" this was also incorrect 4.i am seeking damages caused by this in the amount of 415$ {190 for the reservation and 225$ for the airline ticket i had to rebook with delta airlines due to there errors 5.seeing very sick family and due to this it caused unwanted/unneeded stress on my side as we did not know when/where or how i would be picked up 6.****** told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do for the amount of 415$ as they said quote "delta airlines dose not charge for any changes made" and "you should have called as soon as you had seen the error" but it was there mistake to began with all im am seeking is the amount of 415$ to be refunded to me due to there mistakes on the reservations i also have pictures to prove everything leading up to this and the invoice by delta airlines as well for the amount of 225$ if needed

    WE TRIED TO WORK WITH THIS CUSTOMER AND GOT THEM BACK TO AIRPORT.  CUSTOMER DID GET RIDE FROM AIR PORT AND BACK TO AIRPORT.  IT IS NOT DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP CUSTOMERS WITH THERE RESERVATIONS.  EVERY CUSTOMER GETS CONFERMATION AND IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT THEN THEY CALL AND LET THE OFFICE KNOW.  THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT DO THAT AND IF THEY CHANGE THERE FLIGHT THAT IS THERE CHOICE NOT THE COMPANYS CHOICE AND WE DID NOT MAKE THE FLIGHT CHANGES ONLY THE RIDES TO AND FROM.  WE DO NOT LOOK UP EACH CUSTOMERS FLIGHT DETAILS ON IN BOUND OR OUT BOUND FLIGHTS IT IS CUSTOMERS RESPOSABILTY TO MAKE SURE ALL IS GOOD THAT IS WHY THEY GET A CONFERMATION.  WE DID OFFER NEXT TRIP FREE TO THEM AND THEY DID AGREE TO THAT.  COMPANY IS NOT REFUNDING ANY FUNDS TO THIS PERSON DO TO THERE ERRORS AND CHOICES. AT THE CUSTOMERS OWN ADDMISSION HE DID NOTICE NAME AND DATE WAS NOT RIGHT TWO OR THREE ***S AFTER BOOKING AND DID NOT CALL THE OFFICE TO HAVE FIXED.  EVERY CONFERMATION PAGE SENT HAS ALL INFO FOR THERE TRIP.  CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO TOLD THAT DRIVER WILL CALL *** BEFORE AND IF NOT CALLED BY 2 PM THEN THEY SHOULD CALL OFFICE NUMBER TO GET PICKED UP TIME.. THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT DO THAT WHEN THEY DID NOT GET CALL *** BEFORE.  THEY CALLED DRIVER *** THAT THEY WERE FLYING OUT AND WANTED TO BE PICKED UP.  THAT WAS NOT THE *** THAT WAS ON THERE CONFERMATION SENT TO THEM.  COMAPNY DID NOT KNOW THAT IT WAS WRONG DATE TILL DRIVER TOLD THEM TO CALL OFFICE.
