The State Bar of Arizona v Miles Maestas

On May 30, 2023, Miles Maestas entered into a Final Judgment and Order with the State Bar of Arizona. The Order settles allegations that Miles Maestas was in violation of the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct and Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona. Under terms of the order, Miles Maestas agreed to pay restitution in the amount of $4,298, pay or otherwise timely resolve the $12,770 sanctions award entered by Navajo County Superior Court, and the Bar number 024464 is suspended from the practice of law in Arizona for 120 days effective 30 days from the date of this order.
This action is final.
