Alert
In October 2023, BBB investigated Logodesign360’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by the nature of consumer complaints received by BBB. Consumers allege in their reports to BBB that the business reveals additional fees throughout the process, one example being requiring a fee for a design ownership transfer to consumers; fails to complete the order in the agreed upon time-frame; and uses high pressure sales tactics to upgrade consumers throughout the process.
On October 16, 2023, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry through email to request the following information:
- A copy of all agreements consumers are given during the service period
- A copy of all current fees;
- Clarification on what is included in the '100% Ownership Rights' statement listed on the company's website;
As of October 31, 2023, the business has not responded to BBB's request.
Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records, but may also wish to contact their local Attorney General's Office, and/or file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
