    I ordered a couple of drones from this company on December 17, 2024. When I first placed the order, I ordered another case and an extra battery for the drones and was under the assumption and from their wording that I would have 2 cases and 2 batteries for these 2 drones. When I got the order confirmation it stated only 1 case and 1 battery. I called the customer service number and she told me I would have to go back to that website and place another order. So I was okay with that until I went to the website and it would not let me just order a case and a battery but I would have to buy another drone. I called the customer service number back and they told me if I could not do it on the website than I could not order anything else. I found that to be suspicious. They gave me a tracking number to the **** and it is also a bad number. I cannot get a hold of anyone to find out where they are at, they stopped picking up their phones, and I have tried to contact them through Email with no luck. Something is not right here.     9-10-23: Ordered drone for $***********: Called merchant to ask why I never received a order number and they said the product will arrive today which it did, but they still didn't send a order number after stating that they would at that moment.9-22-23: After seeing that the drone had none of the high tech features advertised, I called the merchant and received an RMA number.9-26-23: I shipped it back to the merchant.10-2-23: Merchant received drone.10-3-23: Called merchant to ask for a refund. They stated that they couldn't refund back to my credit card because of an error so they were sending an E-check.10-6-23: I called for an update and they said it was pending. I also received an email stating that they were monitoring the progress of my refund, not resolving it, just monitoring it.10-10-23: I called again and they said it is pending.RMA# ***************** Tracking # issued to me when I sent it back.92346903332000300003428758 When I ordered the product, they billed my credit card instantly so I find it hard to believe that they can't refund back to my credit card, send an E-check, or even a check in the mail.

    On March 1, I placed an order online with Blackbird 4k drone. I ordered 2 drones, a case, and a discounted 3 year warranty for $138. Then an offer popped up for another drone for $40, so I added that. For an additional $1, I ordered priority shipping. I immediately got an email confirmation order # ******* for the 2 drones ,case and warranty. Order # ******* for a $40 WARRANTY (I did not order) Order # ******* for another $40 warranty I did not order..No 3rd drone but 3 warranties on 2 drones?! So immediately tried to call them and it's disconnected. I tried emailing, it was returned 'no such email address exists " I contacted customer service and they said they would refund my money in full $239.14 in 3-5 days. Today is March 6, I contacted customer service and they said they are shipping the order and I will have to return it, to get my money back. I have never gotten a notice of it ever shipping! Then, I got 3 emails from them 10 minutes after being on the phone, saying that all 3 "SUBSCRITIONS" we're cancelled and any "FUTURE' costs will be cancelled. I'm poor, these were for gifts, I got a prepaid Dollar General credit card to buy them and Blackbird ripped me off from the beginning and it's been nothing but a run around. Please, please help me get my money back BBB! Please!

    I am trying to make contact with this company to receive a refund. Product not as advertised or described. Received it yesterday said you have 30 days to return. I try to call this number given on website and can't get through.****************
