            I got a brand new goose down on Jan 2022 I took to lakeside dry cleaners first time did the job second time I dropped it off it came back with hundreds of spots and mildew smell. I took it back the employee stated to give them a week to try and fix it. No charge that time came back to get it smell was gone spots all there. Spoke with the owner **** he wouldnt give a last name and he believes that I caused the smell and spots not them. He will not refund my last charge nor refund money to buy another goose down. We dont have washer dryers to fit this I couldnt have done this. Why would I have brought it back after stating this happened? He is not willing to compromise with me. I cannot use this as I have two small kids and going threw cancer treatment. It had mildew and that is not ok. I would like this resolved so I do not have to go to small claims court. I spoke with **** and the employee who took my goose down and the both where no help and did not accept responsibility.
