          BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning payment for services to the company and no services rendered. Consumers allege paying the company for student loan forgiveness services but what was promised has not been delivered by the company. They indicate the company has also failed to respond to them. They have tried to reach out to the company but the company is no longer responding. Consumers are seeking the company finish their job or refund their money. On November 4, 2022 BBB notified the business of our concerns and requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of consumer complaints. As of today, the business has not responded to our request.
