It is our understanding that the Fictitious Name Permit issued by the Medical Board of California for West Coast Medical Care, Prof Corp. is currently delinquent and has been since May 31, 2017. At this time the facility is not allowed to practice under that name.
We contacted the business requesting that they provide their licensing information, or plans for obtaining a license. As of today's date, we have not received a response to our request.
BBB received a complaint indicating that a consumer received a flyer advertising physical therapy services but the business does not actually provide the service. BBB reached out to this business requesting that they modify the flyer. As of today's date, BBB has not received a response from the company.
