SYV Wine Collective continued to charge my credit card for unapproved transactions and for shipments not received. They have delayed and ignored any attempts to collect the wine or refund. This company appears to have done this for multiple parties.

It was my husbands and I wedding anniversary and wanted to do a weekend getaway close to our hometown of Orange County. I heard great things about Solvang and decided to make the drive and get a wine tour. In our wine tour in June 2023 we stopped at SYWC at the following address 2111 Hill Haven Rd Solvang, CA 93463, which the son/owner stated it was his family home. After our tasting we purchase 1 bottle of wine. In October 2023 there was a charge from this company stating we had signed up for there membership. Luckily for my credit card company they approved our dispute. Now in April 2024 we got charged again. Now they sent in “Prooof” stating we had signed up for their Wine Club Membership and they were shipping wine out to us. It was a coincidence that right when we submitted the dispute they “sent a package” to show proof that they are sending wine. As of May 2024 nothing has been received. We have changed our credit card multiple times and the charges are still coming through. Don’t believe the other reviews, all lies. I have called, emailed, gone on BBB, and even done some intensive search to get in contact with Gabriel Rocha the owner and have been unsuccessful. If you do a wine stop here DO NOT purchase anything from them.

Hello, I was charged 4 times from the company for their wine club. Each charge you are to receive a shipment. Initially I only received one. I noticed additional charges thus reached out as I hadn’t received additional shipments. Upon reaching out, the company never replied however sent a shipment which was a duplicate of the 1st shipment. Thus paying 2xs for the same item which shouldn’t have been the case. I have since requested via email and text to cancel my membership and didn’t receive a reply for weeks. Finally I received a reply asking not to cancel which I declined. I have since received another charge and zero communication from this company! They are scammers and unprofessional

This is a complete scam. We visited this business and joined a wine club. They have charged our card and never shipped the product. We have emailed and reached out multiple times without action being taken. We were told our money was going to be refunded and it never was. This company is scamming and stealing from all its customers and needs to be shut down. The local police should be investigating this company for credit card fraud and theft.

I have had challenges getting my routine shipments sent to me over the past year requiring multiple emails and text messages reminding the company to send me my owed product. For example, I was charged in July and did not receive my items until mid Oct after sending an email in Sept and again at the beginning of Oct before my items delivered. Additionally, I have been emailing the company since receiving my goods in Oct regarding my concern for incorrect charges. I requested an itemized receipt which was sent to me in Nov, although I had further inquires as the charges did not match what I received. The receipt listed the goods as 'red wine' or 'white wine' with a price. When I looked up the actual value of the items I received I was charged more than they are worth. I emailed about the discrepancy and I was told new products were coming out that week (Nov 6) and the billing question was not answered (I also did not receive any goods in Nov as the response back eluded to). I responded again regarding the charges and have never received a response back. I have offered to have direct conversations and have left my phone number in my emails. The company does not answer their listed phone number. Since then I have been charged for another shipment which was supposed to deliver at the beginning of Dec, which I have not received. I sent an email on 11/28 requesting to cancel my membership and I have not received a response as of yet. I have reached out multiple times over email and at this point would just like my goods and to cancel my membership due to inconsistent service/product delivery, concern for improper billing, poor communication, and overall lack of customer support.

I have been charged over $1,062 for wine over the course of a year. I only received roughly two boxes and then had some refunded, but now have been repeatedly charged for wine that I never received and wine even though I cancelled any subscription.

Back in July of 2021, we visited Solvang CA., and the SYV Wine collective as part of a wine tour. At that time we signed up for their wine club membership using a credit card. About a year went by with no wine and no charges. In approx. the summer of 2022 we began to see charges from SYV wine collective on our CC statements, but never received any product. We have tried multiple times via call, text and email (over the course of the last year) to cancel our membership and refund our money. To date they continue to charge us every few months, yet we still have never received any product. The CC company has been good about refunding the disputes, but we are still out $570 in charges that the CC company has denied. We have even cancelled our card and gotten a new CC number, yet they continue to charge us.
