After one of the 48 residents/owners of *********** Condominiums noticed the garbage wasnt being picked up, an owner decided to take matters into their own hands. Initially, they contacted Lilac Management Group but received no response. So, they went directly to the City of ********* and discovered that no payments had been made, and the account was delinquent. From there, they also learned that the PG&E bill was not being paid, and the garbage was piling up while the electricity was about to be shut off.All 48 units came together and provided three cashier's checks or money orders (PG&E: $251, City of ********* for water: $890, and City of ********* for garbage) to cover the delinquent bills. All units agreed not to continue paying Lilac Management Group afterward. Fortunately, we found out just in time. However, the units have not been maintained, the fire alarms are not up to date, and the gates are rusted and unable to close, which allowed a homeless person to live in the boiler room.We kindly request assistance for *********** Condominiums regarding the next steps and to ensure all 48 units receive a fair refund of payments made to Lilac Management Group that were not used for the purpose of keeping our community compliant and safe.

I'm an owner of a condominium apartment at Villa Manor condominiums, Here in ********* **********. Physical address, ******************************************************. I'm filing a complain because I as well as all the other owners here continue to have a lot of issues with Lilac Management Group **** ***************************************************************. The management group in charge of managing our property. We pay our *************** monthly and this management group fails constantly to pay for our garbage to be picked up. Our garbage bins are always over flowing with lots of garbage bags on the floor from the over flow and the result of multiple weeks of our garbage not being picked up. Our apartments do not have running water because this company has fail for numerous years to hire a proper company and service or replace our water heaters to the building when the water heater stops functioning properly. Resulting in not having adequate living conditions without hot water. During the past winter storms, 90% of the condominiums including my unit currently have water damages from the water leaks due to out roof in the exterior not being maintained or changed even though we have asked and call the property management numerous times asking for a reason whey the roof hasn't been changed and fix. It is unfair and illegal for those living here and paying our dues, for Lilac Management Group to be stealing our money and not doing their job as a management group, Not even doing the bare minimum of having a company to pick up our garbage. I would like this company to be investigated for their illegal actions. For cashing in out *************** that we have pay but not providing adequate management to our villa. Lilac do not respond to our complains nor do they seem to care about our issues. Please investigate as to why is a company that is supposed to manage is not doing their job but are allowed to continue their businesses. When they should be shut down.
