I have contacted the company and submitted my proof of the invoice in the package and the packing slip. ******* stated a FINAL ORDER! They refused to refund me my money and said they have a mention of exclusion of items that are not full priced. It is not an area of information that a normal person would see. Even on the site of the item listed does not show final sale. The item was not as I required and I did order from the same company another item which meets my needs.I have emailed them twice and they refuse to refund me.My Order # *****

            I made an online purchase on Sherpani's website on November 25th for $68.75. It is order #*****. They advertised a **** sale of their "Dispatch Bags". Therefore, I attempted to order 2 of those bags in different colors. I also placed their "RFID" blocking credit card blocking sleeves in my cart. I submitted my order to purchase through "SHOP" which is on their order page. I did see in the Order Summary, one (1) bag. However, when I went back to my cart, 3(three) items were listed. Therefore, I submitted my order. After realizing I didn't get all the items I intended to buy, I reached out to Sherpani via email immediately. I requested they either correct my order or cancel it! They responded stating that I must have forgotten to add the other 2(two) items & that they couldn't cancel the order. They did have listed on their website that the **** sales are final. However. I want a refund because they did not provide what they advertised! They gave me a tracking # of *****9361211015300583776471.I don't want the item because I feel as if Sherpani is defrauding consumers by advertising "****" but they have NO intention on providing you with 2(two) of those items.

            I purchased a purse from ***************************** offer a warranty on defective parts. The clip on one of my straps broke within 7 months of purchase and I reached out on May 19th to get replacement parts. The confirmed that they would send me new parts but they were out of stock but to give my address and they would ship when avaliable. A month later on June 27, I reached out again. They apologized about the delay as it was a problem with shipment from Asia reaching the US but would send the parts as soon as they could. I now reached out on August 5th & August 19th and no one is responding to the messages anymore. They clearly stated that my parts should be covered and are not holding up their end of the warranty and have quit responding to my inquiries. I would like a resolution to this as they should not advertise a warranty and commit to device parts replacement if they do not intend to actually complete the fulfillment.

            Sherpani advertises a lifetime warranty against defects on their website, and my wife has a bag that is falling apart at the zipper. The rest of the bag is in excellent condition. My first response from Sherpani was that because the bag was no longer in production, they could not offer a replacement. When I pointed out that their website says that they will issue a gift card for the value of the bag, their second response was that a zipper falling apart was normal wear, and that it would only be covered under warranty if the product was unused. They are refusing to honor the lifetime warranty as described on their website.

            Sherpani operates with false advertising practices. I chatted with customer service team since their website offered a free shipping promotion on a bag (Camden bag) that I was interested in purchasing. However when I went to check out the shipping was still being charged. Sherpanis customer support informed me to go ahead and purchase the item and they would refund me the shipping. Since their website was not removing it automatically and the couldnt figure out why it was not working at that time. Now the company refuses to refund the shipping despite their website advertising free shipping. Thanks,*******
