On April 8, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to a business operating as Eternal Quartz, LLC, http://EternalQuartz.com, in Englewood, Colorado 80155. Consumers allege ordering items from the business that have not arrived as promised, are damaged goods, and customer service is unresponsive to their request for assistance regarding delivery, refunds and exchanges.
Research by BBB revealed Eternal Quartz LLC is licensed with the Colorado Secretary of State.
On April 12, 2021 and April 23, 2021, BBB reached out to the business regarding the consumer complaints, but to date has not received a response; mail sent to the business address was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable.
