Doctors and office staff good. Issue with ************* Received voicemail on 10/8/24 to make follow up appt. That was unexpected and when I contacted them for a reason they confirmed that the doctor wanted a followup. The appointment was set for 10/23/24 and upon arrival I learned that I had a $50 credit on my account so that was applied to the visit. After going in and out of a couple rooms for photos etc prior to seeing doctor I was sent to a room to wait for the doctor. When he came in he asked why I was there and when I told him about the voicemail he did additional research and told me the voicemail was sent in error and that no appointment was needed. Consequently his time and my time was wasted so when I received a bill for my out of pocket expense I requested my $50 out of pocket to be waived to compensate for my lost time due to their initial appointment error since most of the expense was covered by insurance. The initial text request with the above background was sent on 11/27/24. I received no response from that text so resent on 12/29/24. That text was also ignored so I resent on 1/7/25 specifically requesting an acknowledgment of receipt. That text was acknowledged and indicated they would immediately forward to ************* Once again ignored so tried again on 2/4/25. They did respond and on the same day received a phone call from a *** in the billing office. After explaining the issue to the *** she indicated she would contact the doctor since it was unclear if she believed my story. As of 2/11/25 I have not received any further response.
