    I received an IPAD case as a gift last Mothers day. I have used it a few times and it now is falling apart. The material seems to be some type of stiff plastic material and the color is also bleeding. Used the Company online form no response. The company says it stands by their products.

    I am reaching out, very disheartened by a recent experience with Thule Group. This company is operating under fraudulent business practices, they do not deliver the consumer goods or services that they advertise, and refuse to issue refunds to their consumers. Their customer service is non-existent- anytime they answer the phone, they immediately hang up. They do not respond via email and offer no recourse after scamming consumers out of their money. I will outline details of their criminal practices from my personal experience below:Purchased a product from Thule, totaling $688.85 that was shipped to me on March 4th, 2022. On March 11th, 2022 I submitted a return request. Thule sent me directions to return my items, and confirmed that they would deduct the shipping costs from my refund amount, making my refund total $649.85. The item was shipped back to Thule on March 11th, 2022. On March 21st, 2022 at 10:33 AM, PST, my return was delivered via **** It was signed by "*****".On April 28th, I reached out via phone call regarding the status of my refund. After hours of wait time and being hung up on multiple times, I spoke with *************************, who asked me to send them a copy of the return label/tracking information. On April 28th, I sent the information requested to *******, including the proof of delivery + tracking information. I did not hear back. On May 9th, I reached out to ******* again asking for an update via email. I did not hear back. On May 17th, I reached out again. I did not hear back. On June 28th, I tried calling Thule. It took 7 phone calls, with multiple hang **** to finally speak to someone. I spoke to ***************************, who said the person in charge of returns was "out for a while", and they weren't sure if they would be returning. I asked for information via email, and have not heard back. I have also tried to reach out via ******* and instagram, with no results.As you can surmise, they have been holding money from me for months.
