After moving to a small town I was excited to support a local small business. I had signed up for trash services 6 weeks before moving and was supposed to have a dumpster delivered within the first week I arrived. I struggled to get in touch with the company for days, and when I finally did, I was informed that they had issues getting the dumpsters. I was told 3 different dates for delivery without anyone showing up or contacting me, then finally got one delivered about 8 days after the last date I was promised. It was explained the situation regarding pickup at this time and I was very understanding. However, as time went on delivery was not done on the schedule I was told and no communication about changing was ever mentioned to me, I had to reach out regarding pickup constantly. I had emailed several times regarding the agreement I was supposed to sign that I had the dumpster and I still have not seen it to this day. I called and left 20 messages to get on a list for communication regarding pickups, I tried to pay my bill and get the service agreement. I did not hear from the company for 7 weeks after countless voicemails, emails, and ******** messages, and went weeks without trash pickup. After the new gal started I finally received a bill it was for 5 months of service and I had only had the dumpster for 11 weeks. I contacted them to ask questions to understand the bill I spoke with the owner of the company and she was very rude and disrespectful to me. I was frustrated due to the lack of communication and the service that was agreed upon was not consistent or what was promised, while still being polite and voicing my frustrations I didn't think being rude and nasty to me was called for. A scheduled pick up of the dumpster was discussed for Sunday with a call when someone was on their way. I never received the call. Very disappointed in this company, they had time to post scavenger hunts on ******** but not enough time to talk to their customers.
