Peak Serum, Inc.will not issue any credit as a result from customer error, or for anyproduct that has been purchased without prior pre-testing. .
Any returned items may be subject to a 20% processing fee and must bereturned within 90 days of purchase. Certain items and quantities maynot be returned for credit under any circumstances. These itemsinclude, but are not limited to: diagnostic reagents, refrigerated orfrozen products, reagents and standards which have passed theirexpiration dates.
