    Absolutely a scam. They take your money and run. They do not listen to your objections or concerns. I was not matched with anyone in 3 months. They do not have a large list of other Vida members who they can match you with. They force you to sign up with several online dating apps and expect you to get the premium service. Then do nothing constructive with potential matches. They send you to a less than professional photographer and post horrible pictures. Run from them!!

    VIDA Select regrets that this client feels our service was a disappointment. That said, it is not accurate to claim she was “not matched with anyone in 3 months.” We undertook a thorough review of this client’s records, which show we facilitated 7 connections for her across various dating platforms, including eHarmony, Match, and Coffee Meets Bagel. As our communications and the legal agreement executed before service begins makes clear, our team of experts optimizes and manages profiles on strategically chosen platforms on behalf of our clients. While we usually recommend our clients upgrade each app for optimal use, it is not a requirement unless the platform does not offer a free option. In addition, we also have an internal database of profiles from which we can select compatible matches. In this client’s case, she was provided with one internal match from the database that met all of her preferences, but she declined to pursue the opportunity. On that note, the client’s Matchmaker informed us that she was more selective than the average client, disapproving approximately 40-50% of the compatible men we presented. Clients typically approve around 80% of their selected matches. In our communications with the client, our Client Success Manager reached out on 8/12 to check on her satisfaction, but she did not respond. Feedback is a big part of our process, as we always aim to address client concerns promptly. Unfortunately, we cannot fix problems we are not made aware of. Regarding the comment about our photographer, we work with vetted, experienced local vendors to capture the best representations of our clients. We welcome feedback on how we can improve this aspect of our service, and always solicit feedback after each photoshoot. In this case, we did change some of the photos in her lineup at her request to better reflect her preferences. While we regret that this client’s experience did not meet her expectations, she did receive 7 matches as well as 1 internal match. Our 82% success rate for clients in relationships after 3 months demonstrates our commitment to delivering results. We sincerely hope that the optimized profiles as well as her professional photos will help her succeed in her dating journey. We wish her the best of luck in her search.

    This service is extremely harmful, they took my money and I received no date instead I received a personality trait analysis from their client success manager. I was promised in writing an average of 2 - 4 matches a month and I got none. Their account manager sent me an email with the claim of guaranteed matches before onboarding to oversell the service. Avoid this service at all cost or add a refund clause in writing before you onboard. Very disappointing service, disrespectful customer service and a total waste of money.

    We regret that this client felt unsatisfied with the service. We have addressed her concerns thoroughly in personal written correspondence, and unfortunately she has not responded to multiple offers to discuss those concerns on a call. Additionally, she’s left multiple reviews containing misleading claims on other platforms as well. In one instance, she then modified that review 32 times, making it challenging to engage in a productive dialogue across different sites. For the benefit of the readers and potential future clients, we want to clarify a few points here as well. Our ability to get results is contingent upon this very important clause in our service agreement, which this client agreed to and signed: "Client understands that VIDA makes no representations as to the ability to perform its services should VIDA not receive full control over Client's matchmaking efforts." We were not given full control of any platform at any point given that her actions included: revoking access to one app after just 2 days because ‘that is usually where I meet more eligible matches;’ not upgrading platforms that require an upgrade for them to be utilized, and continuing to take over conversations that could have led to dates on a different app, even though we had already adjusted our writing style to her feedback. Additionally, we sent her two potential matches from our internal database, an email to which she never replied The ‘personality trait assessment’ that she mentions is a reference to this direct quote from our written correspondence, the context of which was a discussion around her not giving us full control of her platforms: “We understand this is an important and sensitive area of your life, and that's not a responsibility that we take lightly. Many of our clients are like you, they have trouble relinquishing control. It's probably a personality trait that has taken them far in their professional lives.” Many of our clients have strong personalities that have driven their professional success, which can in turn sometimes make it challenging for them to get out of their own way and fully trust our matchmaking process. Recognizing this helps us better understand and support our clients, as we were attempting to do here. We understand that our service may not be the right fit for everyone. The majority of our clients find success within our program, but results can vary based on individual circumstances and adherence to our process.

    I've had a great experience with VIDA. My matchmaker Jen was out of this world! She's been super knowledgeable, super easy to talk to and has made this pretty easy and fun. The photo division was also extraordinary, they really know their stuff. The technical support was frustrating at the beginning, which is why I didn't give a 5 star rating, the other areas though, have been terrific.

    Navigating the online dating scene was honestly a bit of a nightmare for me. Trying to wade through a sea of potential matches, engaging in endless text chats and barely managing to secure any real dates - it was just too much. That's when Vida came into the picture, introducing me to Simmy. She's been an absolute gem! Simmy really sped up everything, from crafting my profile to working with the Vida team to pick out the perfect photos. It turned the whole experience from stressful to fun. Once everything was set up, Simmy and the Vida crew handled all the swiping and messaging that I just couldn't keep up with. It gave me the chance to just relax and focus on my hectic life. Then, things started changing - the messages led to phone calls, and those calls turned into real dates before I knew it. The best part? I met someone truly amazing. Things are going incredibly well. I've even gone ahead and deleted all my dating apps. I'm really hoping this is it for me, but if I ever find myself back in the dating world, my first call will be to Simmy and the Vida team.
