This company is so unprofessional, I can't begin to say how horrible they are. We paid to have a vehicle shipped to us that was purchase out of state. We were told it would be picked up July 22,2022 and delivered July 23,2022 as it was about an 380 trip. They did not call to notify us that it was not going to be delivered on time and we were unable to get in touch with them until July 24, 2022 and was told that it would be here when it got here and it was no big deal that the car had not been delivered yet. The owner Mark said he would call me back when he felt like it when I asked if he could get us an update of delivery. He also told me I was over reacting and needed to act like a grown up?? Then he hung up on me. I called back and was still yelling at me saying i was over reacting and he would update up when he was ready and not before then hung up again. So the vehicle was 3 days late, no one was able to reach the driver as he would not answer his phone for the owner nor us. The owner never did call us with an update, we were left in limbo just waiting on the delivery of the car. The driver finally called us on July 25, 2022 for pick up of our vehicle. Keep in mind I own a business and work at a court house, dealing with public every day so I know that you never yell at customers or degrade them. I do not want others to have to deal with this company or the owner as he is the most unprofessional person I have EVER dealt with in my life.
