  I pre-ordered a Ledger Stax from said vendor,as of today i will have waited a month & a half with no ship dated notice or update,vendor claims to be awaiting updates from seller of said product,i received an email from seller of product (via newsletter member) informing me to please make sure the shipping information is correct on your order as this product is poised to ship mid May 2024,so as to avoid any delays in shipping,i receive an email this morning from the crypro mercjant informing me my order has been promptly cancelled & refunded both with out my prior consent or prior notice of pending cancellation,all just days befor launch as today is 5/21/2024 ,not only did they cancel it,they refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor ,said that my money would be back in mu account for 7-10 business days & when asked if bearing the inconvenience of not only waiting,being cancelled without consent & overall bad customer service,denied me a courtesy of expediting my refund ,said they would look into it & call back,asked if there was anything they could do as if i havent been talking for a half hour after waiting a half hour to which @ that point i said to my self its not even worth itgave them a call nack number because evidently i was supposed to call them back as the associate acted surprised when i asked for her name & call back numberwe exchange with a promised to call back & hung up???????????

  In response to this issue, we promptly returned the customer's call within a few minutes. However, we assured the customer that we would call them back once the supervisor was free, as they were currently occupied with another call. Shortly thereafter, we contacted the customer again and spoke with the supervisor, providing a thorough explanation of the situation. Unfortunately, the customer informed us that the case had already been reported to the BBB. We empathize with the customer's frustration and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of his order without prior notification. We regret that the Ledger Stax product is still unavailable, and even the manufacturer itself cannot confirm to us when it will become available. As a result, we have made the decision to cancel all orders for this specific product. We would like to extend our apologies and gratitude to the customer, as their feedback will assist us in improving our customer service. Thank you.
