          Since November 2022, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning sales practice issues.  This profile contains a collection of names, addresses, and phone numbers that came to BBB’s attention through consumer complaint activity. Specifically, consumer complaints allege they contacted the business to provide emergency services for their garage door, but received inferior services. Even though the labor had warranties, customers were not able to reach customer service after paying.
          1).  The website, https://top-garage-door-fl.com, was found to be in connection with one of the various names the company uses.
          2).  The mail was returned as Undeliverable from the address at 9160 Forum Corporate Pkwy Ste 350
          Fort Myers, FL. BBB was not able to locate any verifiable address that is registered to their business. Please understand that garage door repair scammers often do not have a legitimate physical showroom.
