Went into the good feet store on June 28 2024 located in *********** Fl looking to spend 200 dollars on a decent pair of shoes to get some relief from my neuropathy. The sales man proceeds to explain their 3 step process. I ask the price of inserts and he says 89 dollars a month for 6 months. After I am fitted for inserts and shoes (I was not given price for) he kept insisting care credit. After being approved for care credit, another man came to front while the salesmen continued talking telling me they were throwing in a couple pair of compression socks along with other items. The total ended up being 1757 dollars. I asked why price so high and insisted to see prices of everything, he acted as he didnt understand my question. Then other guy proceeded to charge care credit without my approval. Once I got home I looked for an itemized receipt but did not have one so I called the store asking the same questions regarding prices and I was emailed a receipt. After reviewing the receipt, I returned to the store letting them know I was charged for items and prices I did not agree to and I was told I will be charged more for returning items. I feel scammed and taking advantage of. They made it seem I will only be paying for inserts and everything else with purchase.

We at Good ********************* responded to ******* on 7/3 after she had originally contacted us on 7/2. During this conversation ***** expressed that she did feel misinformed and felt that the transaction was rushed, however after hearing this we reviewed our camera footage. Watching this back, we noticed the sales associate took all the correct steps to inform the customer of our full pricing including a fully broken-down sheet of everything that would be included with a subtotal price and 1218-month payment plan prices as well. Upon further review of the camera footage, we also confirmed ***** was informed of our full pricing, the payment plan pricing and our disclosure form stating our no cash refund policy before any payment was processed. We invited ***** to come back into the store on 7/8 @10:00 am to have an adjustment done because she was not feeling desired relief and had not heard from her since, assuming everything was going better. We had reiterated our no cash back refund policy during our discussion on 7/3 and we are now trying to help ***** find the relief she was originally looking for with the supports.

I went in for scheduled appointment on 7/8 and ******* resized me for a wider shoe and sole without a toe lift. He told me to give the adjustment a week to see how it feels. I called back on the 7/15 and 7/19 to inform I am still experiencing numbness and pain in legs and toes. 3 of my toes have started to turn purple from inserts cutting off circulation. There was no answer so I left message on stores answering machine with no call back. I also reached out to corporate on 7/29 and left message on machine and there was no call back as well.
