  *** ******* ****** sold me a very promising plan: Procedures done the same day in four hours, Scar revision, adding 350cc implants, Liposuction to the upper abdomen, bilateral flanks, lateral chest, upper back , and Gala flex scaffold The day of the surgery, November 28, 2024. Dr. ****** and I went over what we had previously discussed at our consultations. I also showed her a sample picture of the breast projection I would like. Surgery took Seven hours. Upon waking up, Doctor ****** informed me that she was unable to perform liposuction due the amount of time under anesthesia. I was also informed she decided to go with smaller implants which was not what we agreed on or what I authorized. Seven hours of being under anesthesia waking up to find out that I didn't get any of what I wanted and we agreed on. At the next day post-op follow up I expressed to ****************** implants never discussed at any of our three consultations as a possibility. I would have never gone with implants if they were going to be small. Dr. ****** promised nothing less than 350 cc to achieve fullness instead she went with a low profile 240cc implant, smaller than agreed. She made poor choices on my behalf and violated our agreement. . She performed Liposuction at a later date January ******* also, failure she claims that what I have is visceral fat. She has cancelled all my upcoming follow-***. I have expressed multiple times that I have pain in my right breast since the surgery and she dismissed me. I was charged $12,750.00 Dr. ******* ****** the Practice Manager for Aqua Plastic Surgery ****** ********* advised me to see a different plastic surgeon. which I have to pay another doctor to correct Dr. ******* ****** failed revision. The doctor and Facility have reneged on our contract by selecting implants size I did not authorize, liposuction she now claims is visceral fat and did a poor job and cancelled all my future follow *** that I am still entitled to according to our agreement.

  I am due a refund because this Doctor did not give me what I  paid for I  did not agree so such small implants I was very specific and I wanted 350cc implants or bigger  NOT smaller!!!  so the services rendered are not what we agreed Dr. ************ did not revise my scars she left me with worse scars that need revision a revision I have already paid aqua plastic surgery for and did not delivery results . I have email communication proof text messages between the medical coordinator Natly  agreeing to a revision to exchange the implants and to redo the surgical scars Dr. ****** left me with.

  I am rejecting this response because: The services rendered were not what I  paid for. Dr ****** gave me an implant size i did not agree to nor did i want such small implants i wanted 350cc or bigger instead she gave me 240cc. She was also supposed to do a breast scar revision that left me with worse looking scars. She also credited the pockets for the implants and did not close the pockets and now the implants have shifted to the lateral chest causing terrible pain in my armpit. This is unethical. You owe me money for services not rendered. Dr ****** did  whatever she wanted to my body and did not give me what I paid for. I have to get another revision. She said she had agreed to revise the scars and close the pocket implants and exchange the implants then cancel the surgery knowing I'm in pain. How can anyone possibly do this anyone!I had only high expectations with Dr. ****** but she failed me. I also referred a patient to Dr. ************ ********* **** without getting my results not knowing this would be my outcome. I have referred patients to this facility please  and out of good faith this facility owes me my money so I can have my breast fixed by a different provider being  Dr. ****** was unable to give me what I paid for  just because she performed surgery does not mean she was qualified to do my surgery.  I ask that you please refund me my money so I can get my breast fixed please!
