            Accident happened may 23rd , in June car was dropped off with payment to the body shop (****** name of body shop guy ) payment of $5500 was made to body shop to get new parts and fix it up including frame 3 months go by and nothing from the car no pictures nothing was promised the car would be done within a month , ****** had even gone and taken a trip to ******** in the middle of this . all parts listed by insurance that were paid for were new and supposed to be oem parts. it is now October 23rd and I just got my car back so atleast 5 months I get the car *********** of the work that insurance payed for was done ( ************** both bondod , bumper unalligned , overspray everywhere , broken pieces inside , my trunk struts are blown out no longer hold & it continues he never waived deductible after 5 months of waiting and held my car untill I can pay the full $1500 deductible which is ridiculous instead of replacing everything my car needed that was payed for (new ) the body shop guy (****** ) decided to take it upon himself and fix it instead of replacing . Dont even know if the frame was pulled correctly yet getting another body shop to take a look
