On August 6 I paid Buggy $1,608 to take my child from his school near downtown ***** back to our home in their alleged safest van rides. My son is 5. Before signing up Buggy told me over and over he would have a car seat -- as required by law -- and that the route was a straight shot from the school in downtown to our home north on biscayne blvd near *********, which is about 20 minutes. Buggy assured us they would have *** tracking and a video camera inside the van. THEY HAD NOTHING.We filled out the form requiring his car seat before his first ride. I wrote on August 20 "please confirm you got this questionnaire and that my son will have a booster seat today. I also need access to the *** and video"His one and only ride was a disaster. The alleged *** to track the van didn't work, the alleged "angel **** to watch video in the van didn't work, they had no car seat for my son or our neighbor (the photo is proof) (a direct violation of Florida law), the back window was entirely broken and a driver can not see through the back, they had broken air conditioning, and the driver took my kid on the highway to *********** to drop off another student and the ride took 90 minutes - not the straight shot up biscayne blvd that avoids the highway. We called to complain and customer service was delayed and wouldn't get back to **, and in the next days wouldn't get back to us as to when the Van would be fixed. We've demanded our money back as I never trust this company again with my 5 year old's safety - they took him without a car seat with no gps and broken air conditioning. They refuse to return the money and are trying to charge me $1,608 for one ride. Now I see they have an F with the BBB and I know why. I HOPE ALL PARENTS LEARN ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND CAN AVOID THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAVE GONE THROUGH.

On March 6, 2023, I signed a contract with the bus company Buggy Technologies, headquarters stated to be located at *****************************************************. The service was for an afterschool commute for my son at 3:00 pm, from his school in ************, ** to our home in *******. **. After approximately 2 weeks the bus company began arriving on average 30 minutes late to pick up my son. I would call the company after 3:15 pm requesting an ETA and they assured me that my son would be picked up. On Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 3:50 pm not only had the bus not arrived to pick up my son, but the company also failed to contact me and notify me they were running extremely late and my son was left alone after school. Thankfully a staff member of the school lead my son inside and called me to inform me my son was left alone and no one had picked him up. After receiving the phone call from the school, I quickly contacted Buggy to advise them of their negligence. Not only had they failed to pick up my son, but they did not contact me to let me know of their delay. I automatically informed the company my son would no longer be riding with them, and their service was no longer needed. I requested a refund for the days I had prepaid, and we would not be using it. The company stated they had done nothing wrong. I reminded them that they not only left my son alone, but they did not contact me to let me know. This company has not only breached its contract they were negligent and now stealing money. I have tried contacting the company many times, and via text, they have given me the runaround. My son rode with Buggy March ***** and March ***** a total of 9 days. I paid the company a registration fee of $149.00 + cost of service $1467.00 a total of $1,616.00. How does a company this negligent stay in business especially when servicing children? This is dangerous and shameful. Thank you for your time with this matter.

We entered into an agreement with Buggy Technologies at ******************************************** on July, 8 2022 thruJune 2023. I entered the agreement with a partial payment of $973 and a balance to pay of $2919, given they would delivered what they promised. They refused to receive the payment by Credit card, only direct deposit, Zelle or Venmo, which leaves the payer unprotected. Service started on August 16 but I ask them to start picking up my kid on August 22th so I would give them a few days to make sure they had their routes in order. My son was 5, starting Kindergarten in a new big school August 22th (day 1) pick up scheduled at 7:45 am, Driver showed up without even calling at 8:25 am. (I had to rush my son to school myself)August 23rd, different Driver shows up at 7:50, without a car seat (as agreed prior to payment) but instead a buster seat which is not recommended for a kid under 40 pounds (I have pictures and videos of this). The ngel camera or tracking devise they promised never worked so far these two days)August 24th (day three) camera and tracking devise do not work, I had to contact the school to confirmed my son arrived safely and on time.August 25 (day 4) the night before they said they could not pick him up on time but later so to avoid a late arrival I had to not go to work and just take him myself. August 26 (day 5) A different driver shows up without a buster seat or a car seat. Camera or GPS *** not work, Reluctantly I let my Son go. later the teacher called me to express the stress my son was under and what had happened. I also learned one of their drivers has just moved to the US from South America which means there was no real background check performed. I have recorded and kept proof of all incidents. Manager refuses to help. August 26 I canceled and asked for a refund due to Child endangerment and basically a broken agreement. They refuse to refund the funds and attempt to continue collecting the balance. This is a scam.

We started using buggy in Fe 2021 when we needed transportation for our child home from school. While there were small issues at first (the bus being occasionally late), the *** being spotty and the camera not always being turned on), we were relieved to have found a way to get our child home. Then, an incident happened in Apr 2020. One of the drivers who was picking up my child from school took it upon herself to use her own vehicle (instead of a Buggy van) to pick up my 4-year old from school WITHOUT A CAR SEAT. Thankfully, the school principal saw what was happening and stopped my child from getting into the car. After this happened, the owner assured me that they would adjust their training to make sure this never happened again. While I was hesitant to continue using them, I still needed a way to get my child home from school so decided to keep using them through the summer and into the next school year. In Aug 2022, when new the school year started, problems started again. In the first 7 days of school, we had no less than 5 different drivers, the *** tracking wasn't working (I didn't even get a link to the *** until I requested one, and it still wasn't working), and the camera wasn't working. Plus, the advertising on the website about text alerts when your child boards never happened. I no longer felt safe with my child riding - there were too many different drivers and no way to check on his safety, and I decided to cancel the service. My request for cancellation was met with the owner saying that Buggy was not in violation of their contract and no refund would be issued. Overall, having my child ride with buggy was a terrible experience. On top of that, the customer service has been awful. Despite my child not riding with buggy since Aug 2022, they sent a collections service to collect a debt for an invoice for services for Nov 2022. I reached out asking them to void the invoice and stop the debt collection and they said it is "out of their hands."

I entered into a written agreement on August 18, 2022, with Buggy technology which Buggy was required to provide AM and PM ride services for my son. Per the agreement, Buggys services commenced on August 29, 2022, and were to be concluded in June 2023. In exchange for these services, I paid for the entire ten months of service in advance by issuing a $7,655 payment on August 18, 2022.From the outset, on multiple occasions, Buggy arrived late for morning pick-up, causing my son to arrive late to school. Although I complained about the late service, the problem persisted. My son suffers from a medical condition, as I explained in the questionnaire she provided to Buggy. The late arrival and disruption to my sons routine exacerbated his symptoms to the point that he began to have behavior issues at school and could not get a whole nights sleep worrying about whether he would be late again the next day.On September 9, 2022, Buggy sent me a text message stating that Buggy noticed that I had posted a negative review on ******* Buggy said that we do not permit negative reviews about Buggy while still being an active user. We kindly request that you remove the review witing 24 hours for your children to continue with our service.I refused to remove the post because the post was completely accurate, and nothing in the service agreement prohibits such a posting or permits Buggy to terminate services for refusing to remove a negative position.Buggy unilaterally terminated its services on September 10, 2022, despite the agreement calling for Buggy to provide services through June 2023. I want the full $7,655 refund.

I am a parent of a child that had just had a very disruptive transition from a school from being physically and racially bullied. I hired Buggy for a 1 month contract to drive to a new school that is quite far from my house (which they charged me 60% SURCHARGE).It was absolute chaos and dangerous! I have asked for my money back after 5 days since they could not provide consistent transportation nor had communication on the safety or whereabouts of my child. This is what I sent in stopping service for breach of contract.Monday 5-9: Requested alternate am pick up to to 8:25-8:30. reiterate need to be at school no later than 930. Pick up time was adjusted No afternoon information was provided on any correspondence.Tuesday ****: Driver phone number in the welcome email was incorrect. PM pick was still not provided. Requested time and driver name multiple times. Response was not received until 3:47pm Took 2 hours for him to get home, I was NEVER told this was to be expected- no response. Wednesday ****: Driver did not arrive during confirmed pick up time. Called driver at approx. 840am and he confirmed on the phone he was not on this route and they were trying to figure it out. Suggested I drive him myself as ******* was going to be late. I started driving myself and ran into ***** after 845. ******* was significantly late to class. No proper office or scheduling communication.PM pick up still not confirmed. ******* waiting from ******* outside school waiting. Tried throughout day and didnt get a response until 3:49 that the driver is 6 min away. Didnt get a GPA link until 4:34. Again took 2 hours to get home and no response Monday ****: Am driver not on time, designated driver not responding to call. Did not get an update till 8:32 driver was changed; did not arrive 8:45 was late again to class. PM still no confirm. Did not get response until 447 delay due to another child. Still had no idea who driver or gps. Took 3 HOURS TO GET HOME WITH NO updates.
