THIS IS A SCAM. It is a group of people organising themselves to steal parents money

complete scammers. they take everyone's money, always ask for a month in advance. There are a few clients who they've been able to take about $8000.00 Its what they do for a living, they had another company also doing scams with home rentals, not paying them and making money off air bnb's. shut these people down!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful. They do not hesitate to threaten customers that speak out about this company.

They take employees money they are a very unfair company

If i could give 0 stars I would. Awful service. Failed to drop my son off on day 1, my wife had to go find the driver and pull him off the bus.They have kept $4,500 of my money for their 'service'. Still haven't refunded a month later and they won't return my calls either.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Caution: I strongly advise staying away from this company. Numerous customers have reported issues with their deposits not being returned and accusations of unfair money withholding. Personal experiences indicate that they may charge unwarranted cleaning fees even when the vehicle is returned in good condition, as was the case with my recent experience. It's disappointing and frustrating to deal with such practices, and it's essential to be cautious when engaging with this company.

This company can't deliver on what it's selling. They won't pick up your child at the scheduled pick up time but will instead arrive an hour or more past that--long after school is closed and locked, leaving a child in an unsafe situation. You won't be able to get anyone on the phone or a response. My child has a different driver every time and different vans, sometimes unmarked vans. The *** tracking and camera never have worked. It's not a reliably safe option and they shouldn't be in business.

Psimo servicio. Pague $1950 para que lleven a mi hijo al colegio. Tienen psimo servicio al cliente, son irresponsables e irrespetuosos. Lo que ofrecen no lo cumplen. Las vans no tienen camaras. Mi hijo uso el transporte de la tarde una sola vez, *a que llego a mi casa 1:45 hrs despus de la hora de la salida del colegio. Se excusan diciendo de el trafico. Lidiar con la manager ****** es una pesadilla, no da solicion a nada * tiene pesimos modos. Para lograr hablar con ella ha* que hacer cita * ella *** cancela continuamente por que no sabe lidiar con su trabajo * no da la ***** Pedi un rembolso de mi dinero * ahora no contestan o mandan mensajes de texto. Use el servicio de la maana por 12 **** de los cuales 2 **** llegaron tarde por mi hijo (45 min tarde). Cambian al chofer * el van sin avisar, * si ha* algun tipo de cambio de horario te lo avisan el da anterior mu* mu* noche. Es la peor compaa con la que he tratado en mi vida. Y la primera vez que dejo un comentario sobre alguna compaa. Verdaderamente es nefasta. Ahora me quede sin servicio de transporte por que por poner este comentario me suspendieron el servicio, * despus de todo me da *a inseguridad mandar a mi hijo en una van de esta compaa despus de todo. Espero me hagan el rembolso de mi dinero * no **** tan descarados de no dar el servicio * de tampoco devolver el dinero.

One star because zero stars is not possible. BEWARE! SCAMMERS. This service is terrible. They arrived late EVERYDAY to pick up my son and take him to school. I hired the afternoon service which at the time hadn't started, but they refused to refund my money. ************************* COULDN'T CARE ONE BIT. She is supposed to be the decision maker but according to her that's not true, so she just said "they" won't refund the money and hung up the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
