BBB has been unable to determine if portions of the company's work would require a home improvement license through the State of Tennessee's Department of Commerce & Insurance. Companies conducting work in the following nine counties are required to secure a home improvement license for jobs between $3,000 and $24,999 contracted directly with a homeowner, if the work involves installation of a product or service at a residential property: Bradley, Davidson, Hamilton, Haywood, Knox, Marion, Robertson, Rutherford and Shelby.
BBB did not locate a license under the company's name and has not received responses from the company after sending requests to confirm licensing information. BBB recommends that customers confirm licensing with the company for any agreements that would meet the requirements above.
