My van had a check engine light on. I took it in and was told it would be $150 just for them to check the codes. Got my quote back for repairs for new spark plugs and a coil, transmission oil cooler line, and an engine coolant thermostat. They quoted me $1,695 for the fix. This seemed high so I called for a quote somewhere else. I was given a quote of $150 for the exact same repairs... Took it to that place and was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Spark plugs were in pristine condition. Nothing was leaking. Nothing was wrong. They looked at the code history and saw that the codes Granger Motors had cleared were two misfires in the last 100 starts-- likely from the cold weather. No codes for spark plugs, thermostat, oil cooler line, etc., This is DIRTY. They will not be getting another ***** from me or anyone else I know if I can help it.

The service manager in the shop caused some serious damage to me and has no remorse for it.

I attempted to purchase an extended vehicle warranty for my truck. Found their website, researched warranties available and selected the best one for my needs. Entered my personal and credit card info, and my card was charged the nearly $3000 for the warranty. I then received an email and a phone call stating that the price listed was not the actual price, but nearly $900 less than what it should have been. This company admitted that it was an error on the website that they have been trying to correct for over 2 months, and still cannot seem to fix it. They said my only options were to charge me the extra $900, provide me with a different warranty that didnt meet my needs, or refund my money. They absolutely refused to honor the price listed on the site, instead choosing to hide behind a vague disclaimer. I spoke with a manager, a very unprofessional woman named ******, who said they were not going to honor the listed price and that she wasnt going to go back and forth with me on the phone. ****** alleges that they were provided the wrong prices from Chrysler and that this is somehow now my problem. When I told her this is technically false advertisement, she said I understand how you might see it that way, but in the real world, its not. When asked to clarify her statement, she dodged the question and said all she would do is refund my money. Then I told her I would file a complaint with the BBB, she said ok and rudely hung up on me. My money was refunded, but the price was mislabeled and they refused to do anything to make it right. Their only concern was my money, regardless of how poor their business ethics are. After reading other reviews of this company, along with their D- rating, it appears poor business practices are nothing new for them. I strongly suggest you make this an absolute last resort for any of your vehicle needs.

We took our car in for an oil change on 4/11 and at the oil change we also had differential fluid changed. Also at that oil change they did their all around in inspection And marked that everything was in good condition. So we trust in them we went on our merry way and then on May 1, we took the car in because it was making a loud noise and we figured it was the brakes. They got us in day of (because of safety concerns) and then told us that we need all new brake pads and rotors. My husband asked why they said that the brakes were in good condition at the inspection three weeks ago and they said that because we get our tires rotated somewhere else they were not able to fully inspect the brake pads. They told my husband that they just shine a flash light in that area and if nothing looks out of the ordinary, they **** it as good. My husband spoke with the owner letting him know that that is a liability for his company if something were to happen and that they should let the customer know that a full inspection was not done and not just **** that everything is good. The the owner didnt understand what they could do differently in the future after having that conversation. Waste of breath and time. They will do A great job at selling you a car but those sales guys at some point are going to be screwed for business because their customer service is going to ****, Word of mouth will catch up to them and they will not have any business.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Women beware these guys are snakes. I bought a 2016 jeep Wrangler from them hoping I was finally buying my dream car. Will that dream is a nightmare!!! This car has clearly been in a horrible accident and that wasn't disclosed to me. The hood doesn't latch correctly, the drivers seat isn't even on the track correctly, the passenger door doesn't shut properly and the front fender had a dent and scratch. So I was essentially sold a very unsafe car. Even though I called and asked to return the car within 3 days of the purchase they refuse to give me my car back. Now I'm stuck with a $34k car that's unsafe and I hate. No other solutions have been given to me and I have to wait for them to fix my car which I will not be trusting them to do. Don't do business with these shady people. They do not care about your safety or happiness, it's all about money!
