This company *****, students involved in accidents and county still hires this junk company

Worst bus company I have ever dealt with. My kid was supposed to be home an hour and a half ago. I called the bus company who didn't send out a text until two to let ** know they were going to be picked up late. At 3:30. That enough time to make other plans if you are stuck at work, or like me I was sleeping because I work Overnight. It has been 50 minutes since they were supposedly picked up. It usually takes 10 minutes to get here from the school. I called concerned and they just gave me a spill about how they might be late and all I can do is wait.

This company does not care about your children or their safety. They have placed our childrens bus stop .1 mile away from where not one, but TWO registered *** offenders live. There are over 20 kids at this bus stop. They are also ***** minutes late EVERY SINGLE DAY.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. So many issues with the bussing system they have over years of time. Constantly late getting children to and from school. And I don't mean minutes late. I mean. Hours late. Bullying problems. When reported they conveniently don't have footage or information and have nothing to say about that. Some kids and parents depend on these busses because parents have to work and cannot get to school pick up, the next best is to have the bus take your child to a place they will be safe. If I could bypass the bussing situation I would and I really have considered finding new employment just so my kids wouldn't have to deal with this all. On top of all that, they do not coordinate with the district, or perhaps the district doesn't coordinate with them. My children arrived at their bus stop today crying, in tears, hungry, sad, hot and panicked after they got out of school at 3:55 pm and a bus dropped them off FINALLY at 5:55 pm. A full two hours after release with NO explanation other that it was the first day of school. Two hours. Two hours when their stop is only less than 2 milea from the school. We're talking elementary ages here. They are tired, have to go that long with our access to a bathroom and deal with no supervision on the bus other than the driver who has to watch the road. Total and utter garbage. No excuses. Almost 6 pm when they got off the bus. Dinner time. Not ok, by any stretch of the imagination. When called for answers there is no one to speak to. I'm perplexed as to why *************** continues to contract with them.
