I had an issue with the man who pierced me. He continued to pursue me into believing that my piercing was aligned and straight on my naval when I clearly expressed to him for a couple of minutes that I did not think it was. He was a man with multiple dermals on his face and arms as well as two bridge piercings. I fallowed all the precautions and rules with how to heal my piercing and my piercing ended up very crooked just as I thought it was and it started to get infected. I went and got a second opinion and she said that it was in fact crooked and that if I wanted it to be able to be repierced I would need to take it out immediately. This piercer also pierced me with an extremely small ring leading me to go to said other piercer to get a longer ring because the small one was putting immense pressure on my naval as well as severe swelling. My naval started to get infected so I removed it. I got my piercing about two weeks ago at the Hippy Hoops and Holes location in ***********. I have been pierced at hippy hoops and holes multiple times by different piercers (lobes, helix, industrial, nostril, lip, and naval) and my helix, lobes, and naval have all been pierced at weird angles leaving them to be problematic and getting infected.

According to the photo sent with jewelry in, it does appear to be pierced straight. We honor our work, however. Therefore, had said client returned to speak to management, we would've assessed the situation and offered a re-****** or jewelry change as seen fit/warranted. It seems interesting that this client received 7 piercings from us on different occasions. If our work was not great, why continue to return? Again, we honor work, and would have done so if client requested. However, since the work looks great and we were not given the opportunity to evaluate further in person, a refund will not be provided.
