    I took my car in for an oil change only for it to be NO OIL leaving the lot. My car engine stalls with my child in the car , STRANDED. I even went back to the Valvoline with the low pressure light on and they said it was fine and itll go away soon. It only came on after the oil change. After that thats when my engine broke. I called up there and its been three days now since I started my case and no real answers or problem solved problem. No one didnt even come see my car. Im out of a car. Its no oil on the stick and its completely dry.

    I came to this location AT *********************************************** HEIGHTS LAST WEEK NOV. 7TH TO GET AN OIL CHANGE. AFTER THE OIL CHANGE WAS COMPLETED THE MANAGER **** (WHO ALSO CHANGED MY OIL) RECOMMENDED THAT I GET AN OIL FLUSH SO I SAID YES. HE TOLD ME TO REV UP MY ENGINE SO I DID AND THEN IMMEDIATELY IT MADE A LOUD SOUND AND MY CAR SHUT OFF AND WOULDN'T RESTART. **** COULDN'T FIX IT SO I HAD TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED ($90). AS I WAS LEAVING **** THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO KEEP HIM POSTED ON WHAT HAPPENS AND HE WOULD SEE IF HE COULD FIX THE SITUATION. I HAD MY CAR LOOKED AT BY A MECHANIC AND THEY STATED THAT MY ENGINE WAS COVERRD IN OIL AND STATED THAT THEY OVER FILLED MY CAR WITH OIL AND THAT IT WOULD BE $905 TO FIX. I CALLED **** AND EXPLAIN THIS TO HIM AND HE TOLD ME TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THEIR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT SO I DID. I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE CLAIM 48HRS LATER ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE SAME PERSON WHO MESSED UP MY CAR(****) DENIED THE CLAIM. WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY? HE SAID THEY FELT LIKE IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER **** (WHOS OVER ****) WOULD CALL ME BACK ABOUT THIS CLAIM AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK YET. I ALSO STILL HAD TO PAY$303 FOR THE SERVICE AS THEY TOWED MY CAR AWAY AND I STILL CAN'T DRIVE MY CAR!!

    After our investigation was completed, we concluded that the Fuel system service was not the cause of the vehicle failure. The customer reported to us that the mechanic found oil in the spark plugs and had to replace the valve cover gasket, our Fuel system does not interact with the valve cover gaskets at all. We explained this to the customer, the customer wanted to talk to someone higher and they were told that the case was closed and the final decision was made. The customer insisted on talking to someone higher, I informed the customer that I can let my area manager know but that I did not promise any type of response due to the case being closed and denied. The fuel system service is a liquid and does not hold any type of oil in it, therefore we concluded that we are not liable for the valve cover gaskets giving out during our service.
