    First of all, I was told technical person coming would have all parts to fix my refrigerator. I was just charged as he did not do anything and just gave me the part number to look for it myself as he could not see it in inventory. I contacted then Sears Parts they said they were sending the parts + filters I needed. To my surprise part was canceled and filters were sent wrong. I called to complain and return wrong filter. They said I would get a refund when filter was sent to UPS and made me order and pay for another order that was to come correct this time. Every time I was informing them the brand and model number of my refrigerator. Surprise, surprise, again parts were canceled without any notification and filter was sent to a totally different brand and model. Wrong item again. In short: 1- Technical person only got my money and did nothing 2- Order 1 - Parts sent were wrong or canceled without notification and refund was going to be done only when item was returned, still waiting to see if this will happen 3- Order 2 - Parts sent were wrong or canceled without notification and refund was going to be done only when item was returned, still waiting to see if this will happen Sears took my money 3x without solving my issue for a refrigerator I bought from them and they are going to refund me only for the parts and not for the service not done even though I was told when scheduling technical person would have all the parts. Unreliable service and terrible customer service.

    Order parts here they say to check back in 24 hours. I was informed online the part was "in stock '" and would be delivered in two days, dec 6th. Needed the part for family dryer. When I checked back it said back ordered shipping December 20th. No way to cancel order, no one to talk to. Total rip off. I purchased the part and will come from another vendor. But Sears want their pound of flesh and will take my money without shipping. I'll talk to my credit card vendor and see if they can stop payment, sense Sears has no one to talk to just computers. Even though they say talk to sales it's the same computer.

    this is a very bad company DO NOT let them have your credit card,all it is a answering center i have been dealing with them for a month i call then get return call from COX COMM. i ask why and was told we are just a answering service i have had to get my bank involed and also WASHINGTON ATTNY GENERAL OFFICE don't do business with this compamy FRAUD

    The WORST company. I have now had to order the same part three times. 1st time - sent wrong part 2nd time - part never sent 3rd time - part sent to the wrong address Getting a refund each time took an act of g-d. I am still in the midst of the 3rd order and am making my typical numerous calls to get a refund issued. RUN AWAY!

    Order # #W507749 never received part after a week of being lied to saying I will get a tracking number on 11/14/24 and 11/15/24 ordered part 11/11/24, then I read the reviews on this company to find this is what they do for weeks they keep telling you the Order is still in process and you will get a tracking number only till they cancel the order and the customer has to fight for a refund with numerous calls, why is this company allowed to get away with this!

    Sears Parts Direct is a scam, beware. Ordered $300 in parts for my Samsung Range and Customer Service says they have no way to contact the supplier regarding shipping status. Order was supposed to arrive in 6-days, it’s been almost a month and nothing. Calls to Sears Parts Direct go to the Philippines and all Customer Service says is they have to pass my order status request on to their Customer Fulfillment Department and that Department must try and contact the supplier. The Customer Fulfillment Department says they will get back to me in a few days. Nobody ever call me back. More calls to the Customer Service Department result in them telling me the the Fulfillment Department is still trying to contact the supplier located somewhere in the USA.

    I believe this company is a fraud or a scam! Do not buy anything from them! You will not receive your part, tracking information or a refund! Worst customer service ever! Please take my advice and avoid this company!

    I PLACED THIS ORDER ON OCTOBER 22, YOUR WEBSITE SAID THE PART WAS ON STOCK AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON OCTOBER 28TH. SO FAR NOTHING WAS RECEIVED. NOT ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH A LIVE (HUMAN) AGENT). ON NOVEMBER 8TH A RECEIVED A CALL FROM GIRL FROM A CALL CENTER SOMEWHERE IN ASIA AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER WILL BE SHIP IN THE NEXT 24 TO 48 HOURS. WHEN I ASKED WHERE THE PART IS BEEN SHIPPED FROM, SHE DONOT KNOW AND HANG UP. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    it is horrible place to buy parts. they delivered a wrong ge dryer part that i ordered #we19m1662 they lied too much.. I spoke with 3 agents and a supervisor and no one resolve my order to return wrong part as of today 11-04-2024

    This is the worst appliance service company we have ever dealt with. We were rescheduled three times as the "tech" was sick. Each appointment was assigned an 8-hour time window. How many people can take three days off of work to deal with an appliance? I voiced my displeasure to the service rep, who abruptly hung up on me. In the interim, I received numerous calls to join their service plan for $79.00 a month, but the irony was that I couldn't get a tech to show up for one call. I believe this "business' to be a scan to get your personal information. Please don't do business with this company. They are NOT reputable.
