          Misuse of BBB Name and/or Logo

          On 9/29/2022,10/06/2022 and 10/12/2022, the Better Business Bureau contacted EcoGuard Pest Control LLC requesting for the removal of BBB Accredited Business Torch logos from their website. EcoGuard Pest Control LLC is not an accredited business. Therefore, this business is currently violating the BBB's name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB accreditation or referenced BBB's name in an unauthorized manner, despite BBB's efforts to get the business to cease using BBB's trademark. This use of BBB's trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus. 

          This matter has been referred to the International Association of Better Business Bureaus (IABBB) for further action.

          In October, 2022, the BBB investigated EcoGuard Pest Control LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a logo infringement issue, the business has the BBB Torch logo on its website, however the business is not accredited by the BBB.
