TWICE I have placed an order and TWICE have had them canceled a week later by JD Sports. The second time, I thought I was being proactive and called customer service to make sure ********************** had the item I ordered. The representative flat-out LIED and said they found more stock and were going to ship my order out. A day later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled by them. JD Sports needs to STOP LYING about what they have in stock on their website and on the phone. They DO NOT get my business again.

JDs customer care service and system is terrible. Will even go as far as to say it is useless, the reps are not able to resolve any customer issues. I pre ordered a pair or sneakers, their system selected my old address for shipping. I immediately called to attempt to correct, their reps advised the system does not permit them to make changes to shipping. They informed me I can reroute package once the tracking info is available (that was a lie), I contacted ***** once the tracking was available and was told JD sports does not allow packages to be rerouted to another address, only they can do that. I have been going back and forth with JD sports and ***** over who can help reroute package with no resolution both companies continue to pass the responsibility to the other and will not assist. My package is now on hold at ***** and will need to wait for it to be sent back to JD SPORTS so I can then request a refund. I will never order/shop from JD again nor will I recommend them. Quick to charge but dont care to resolve issues
