Consumer Alert Please read entirely: An individual, claiming to be a representative of ClimbAx and a BBB Accredited Business (AB) is going door to door in various neighborhoods to sign up unsuspecting consumers for tree work which has been reported to be substandard and unfinished. The imposter will also take partial payment prior to starting the work, a practice which the actual ClimbAx does not follow. The person carrying out this deception uses look alike contracts that have the ClimbAx business name and the BBB seal. The subject carrying out this deception has been identified by the owners of ClimbAx as JOE EDWARD WILSON. ClimbAx IS NOT associated with this individual or responsible or accountable in any way for his actions. If you believe you have been victim of an imposter misrepresenting his affiliation with a company please file a complaint with the BBB at www.bbb.org
