I also placed my mother there with high expectations. I quickly have learned the facility IS all about money. It was great at first. They project this facility as assisted living and add one are extra. My mother has dementia and they advised the family it was okay to leave her unattended in her apartment. She fell and is on blood thinners. She thankfully was not injured. I felt okay to leave for a needed vacation. When I returned my mother had not been bathed, laundry not done, and left unattended in the evenings as I could only find 1 person in the entire facility. While they sold the "she didn't need a sitter" to other family members I saw my.mother was in danger. I spoke with the nurse Practitioner in regards to this and she advised she would have her re-evaluated. I emailed her therapy team and called with no response. The next thing I know my mother is being held against her will and a letter was written advising for her to stay. She is being held there with a court appointed attorney now involved. Do NOT buy into this facility unless you want to be there frequently which in my opinion defeats the whole purpose. I now have to seek a private attorney.Review from Deloris S.

Placed my mother at Symphony on Feb 14th with great expectationsof good care. They are very understaffed, even though they say they are in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Meds were not given the 1st night, even though I was assured it would not be a problem. Meals were served by one person. We heard someone asking for help in a room for.15.min as we were waiting for someone to let us out. Only 1 person on the wing after 7pm, even though mgmt assured us this was not.so. We observed this personally. This place has great marketing but it is a business, and is all about the money. My mother fell as we were in the process of.moving her to another facility. Nonone even asked how she was doing. Beware. This facility is about the money, not the care of your family member. We asked about getting our.money back after 4 days and wrre told it was in corporate's hands. Asked to review the video of my.mother's fall and that also was not available. If you care for your family member do not send them to this facility. They lie.
