Ad Review

BBB promotes truth in advertising by contacting advertisers whose claims conflict with the BBB Code of Advertising. These claims come to our attention from our internal review of advertising, consumer complaints, and competitor challenges. BBB asks advertisers to prove their claims, change ads to make offers more clear to consumers, and remove misleading or deceptive statements.

On October 6, 2022, the BBB began an Ad Review concerning the business website displaying the address as 608 E Olive St., West Monroe, LA 71292. The BBB Code of Advertising states that, "The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon request, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or the Better Business Bureau.

Despite BBB's written requests, as of November 1, 2022, 2022 BBB has not received a response to our advertising review. For more information about BBB's code of advertisement please go to https://www.bbb.org/code-of-advertising
