On October 6, 2022, the BBB began an Ad Review concerning the business website displaying the address as 608 E Olive St., West Monroe, LA 71292. The BBB Code of Advertising states that, "The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon request, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or the Better Business Bureau.

If you have made a purchase from this business and have not received your products, please contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), a government agency, to see if the business is in violation of their Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. This rule requires sellers who solicit buyers to order merchandise through the mail, via the Internet, or by phone to have a reasonable basis to expect that the sellers can ship within the advertised time frame, or, if no time frame is specified, within 30 days. The Rule also requires that, when a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyer's consent to a delay in shipping or refund payment for the unshipped.

You may also contact your financial institution or credit card company to report your transaction as fraud and request a refund.
