  I purchased a 16 year old camper in Holiday Shores RV Resort in ******, **. 1.5 years later I'm trying to sell it and management states that the new buyer will have to take it out of the park because it's over 15 years old. I made the point that it was over 15 years old when I bought it and they didn't require me to take it out of the park. They said that they made a one-time exception and that I was informed when I bought it that it would have to be removed from the park if I sold. I was not informed of this nor is there any contract in writing stating this. My camper is in the same condition or better than when I purchased it. The manager profiled me as "people like you" when talking to me, so it seems that this decision is being made based on a label that is being put on me because my grass was overgrown twice. Other people in this resort drive around at night on their golf carts drunk and yelling and swearing. I am quiet and keep to myself and have made improvements to my camper, but being profiled as undesirable. My neighbor is also trying to sell his park model that is over 15 years old and is now being told that it has to be removed as well. He was also told that he was informed when he purchased that it would have to removed it when he sold it, which he also states is not true. They can't just say they told us when they didn't and have it be true. The park is out of lots to rent, so it seems like they're trying to take advantage of the older models that are being sold so that they can free up some spaces. If I keep the place then it stays there as long as I keep it so what's the difference if I own it or somebody else owns it in my spot? I cannot find a phone number for the **** Group who owns the property, I asked the park manager to have the owner call. Because I am being profiled by the management, and lied to with no concrete evidence that I was told this when I purchased, I can't deal with the manager. I need to speak to the owner.
